Vegan Banana Smoothie

Instructions: Prepare Ingredients: Peel and slice the bananas. Gather almond milk, dairy-free yogurt, almond butter, maple syrup or agave nectar, ground cinnamon, and ice cubes.

Blend Ingredients:  Place the sliced bananas, almond milk, dairy-free yogurt, almond butter, maple syrup or agave nectar (if using), and ground cinnamon (if using) in a blender.

Blend Until Smooth:  Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more almond milk until you reach your desired consistency.

Adjust Sweetness (Optional):  Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more maple syrup or agave nectar.

Add Ice (Optional): If you'd like a colder smoothie, you can add a few ice cubes to the blender and blend until they're completely crushed and incorporated into the smoothie.

Serve:  Once everything is well blended and smooth, pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
