Peanut Pie Cake Recipe

Instructions: Step 1: Preparing the Batter In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder until well combined.

Step 2: Adding Wet Ingredients Add the softened butter, eggs, milk, creamy peanut butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.

Step 3: Preparing the Pan Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan with butter or non-stick cooking spray.

Step 4: Assembling the Cake Spread half of the chopped peanuts evenly on the bottom of the greased cake pan. Pour the prepared batter over the layer of chopped peanuts, spreading it out evenly with a spatula.
