Mocha Pie Cake Recipe

Instructions: 1. Preparing the Crust:  Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.Combine chocolate cookie crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl until well mixed.

2. Making the Filling: Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until it just starts to simmer.

3. Preparing the Mocha Cream:  Beat heavy cream, confectioners' sugar, instant coffee granules, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until stiff peaks form.

4. Chill the Pie: Chill the pie cake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours until set.

5. Serve: Once set, slice the mocha pie cake into wedges.Serve chilled and enjoy the rich, indulgent flavors of this delightful dessert!
