Caramel Drizzle Pumpkin Pie

Instructions: 1. Preheat the Oven Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

2. Prepare the Pie Crust Place the unbaked pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish.Crimp or flute the edges as desired. 

3. Mix Pumpkin Filling In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground cloves, and salt.

4. Bake the Pie After 15 minutes, reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C).Continue baking for an additional 35-40 minutes, or until the filling is set and a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

5. Cool and Drizzle Caramel: Once baked, remove the pie from the oven and allow it to cool slightly on a wire rack.Drizzle additional caramel sauce over the top of the pie in a decorative pattern.

6.Chill and Serve: Once cooled to room temperature, refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the filling to set. Serve chilled, optionally topped with whipped cream and an extra drizzle of caramel sauce.
