Cherry Almond Shake Recipe

Instructions: Gather Ingredients:  Collect all the ingredients needed for the shake.

Prepare Fruit:  If using fresh blueberries, wash them. Peel and slice the banana.

Combine Ingredients:   In a blender, add the blueberries, rolled oats, banana slices, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey (if using).

Blend Until Smooth: Blend all the ingredients together until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.

Taste and Adjust:  Taste the shake and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
