Apple Raspberry Pie Recipe

Instructions: 1. Prepare the Pastry: Divide the dough in half, shape each portion into a disk, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

2. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

3. Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples, raspberries, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and cornstarch. 

4. Top the Pie: Roll out the second pastry disk into a circle. You can either place the pastry over the filling as a whole crust or create a lattice design.

5. Bake: Place the pie in the preheated oven and bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
